Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical installations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations
- Supervise and coordinate with electrical technicians and other team members
- Prepare and maintain electrical documentation, reports, and records
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in electrical systems
Kualifikasi
- Certification as an Electrical Chargeman or equivalent electrical qualification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Valid electrical license and relevant certifications
- Proficiency in electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
