Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical construction management
- Proven track record in manufacturing facility projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) preferred
