In this critical role, you will be responsible for the complete design and development of electrical systems for various greenfield and brownfield projects. Your primary duties will include creating detailed single line diagrams, schematics, load schedules, and equipment specifications. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, and instrumentation engineers to ensure seamless project integration. Furthermore, you will provide essential technical support during construction, commissioning, and startup phases, ensuring all designs are implemented to the highest quality standards and comply with local and international codes.

Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, Dialux, or AutoCAD Electrical is highly desirable. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and grounding for industrial plants.
- Prepare detailed engineering documents such as single line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules, and load lists.
- Perform electrical calculations including load flow, short circuit, cable sizing, and voltage drop analysis.
- Select appropriate electrical equipment (transformers, switchgears, motors, cables) and prepare technical specifications and datasheets.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, civil) to ensure design integrity and resolve interface issues.
- Provide technical support to procurement, construction, and commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review vendor drawings and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards (IEC, NEC, PUIL).
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and safety workshops to promote a culture of safety and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design within the EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectors.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, Dialux, or similar tools is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical standards (PUIL) and international standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or MicroStation is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., AKLI or equivalent) is a plus.
