Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed electrical schematics and control panel layouts for semiconductor automation equipment.
- Perform electrical system integration, ensuring seamless communication between sensors, PLCs, and mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in prototype and production systems, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to optimize system performance and safety.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage technical documentation, including BOMs, wiring diagrams, and engineering change orders.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the assembly and commissioning phases of machine builds.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical design for industrial automation or semiconductor equipment.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.
- Solid understanding of PLC programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron, or Beckhoff) and motion control systems.
- Strong knowledge of international electrical standards (IEC, UL, CE) and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
