Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the engineering workflow for new model projects and minor change initiatives.
- Ensure all electrical components meet stringent Suzuki group standards and supplier requirements.
- Oversee HVAC design specifications to ensure compliance with vehicle safety and performance regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and supplier management.
- Review and validate technical documentation, engineering drawings, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Communicate technical requirements clearly to suppliers to ensure accurate part delivery and quality.
- Participate in root cause analysis for electrical or HVAC-related design issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive electrical design or HVAC system engineering.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and component specifications.
- Familiarity with Suzuki group engineering standards and automotive quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
