Are you a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional with a passion for bridging the gap between high-level conceptual design and practical field execution? Lewe Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Electrical Design Manager to lead our electrical engineering function within our dynamic EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) framework.
In this pivotal role, you will be the technical cornerstone of our projects. Leveraging your background in consultancy, you will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical design projects, ensuring that sophisticated conceptual models are seamlessly translated into robust on-site execution. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure all electrical systems meet stringent safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the electrical design team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for complex EPCM projects.
- Bridge the gap between conceptual design and on-site implementation, ensuring technical accuracy and operational feasibility.
- Provide technical oversight and design verification for high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex design challenges.
- Oversee compliance with local building codes, electrical standards, and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior design engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical design, specifically within a consultancy or EPCM environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or Dialux).
- Strong understanding of Singapore Standards (SS) and international electrical codes.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of successfully executing site-based engineering projects.
