Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end electrical design process for data centre infrastructure projects, from concept to commissioning.
- Design and optimize power distribution systems, UPS, generators, and backup power solutions to ensure 100% availability.
- Collaborate with mechanical and civil teams to integrate systems for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
- Conduct detailed calculations for load analysis, short circuit studies, and arc flash hazard assessments.
- Ensure all designs meet strict local regulatory codes (SES, SP Services) and international safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance the facility's PUE and WUE metrics.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical design, specifically within the data centre or critical facility industry.
- Strong working knowledge of industry standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier ratings, and IEEE codes.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $5M.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in the Central Region and beyond.
