We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Electrical & Electronic Site Supervisor to oversee the critical power systems, electrical wiring, and maintenance operations at our poultry plants and farms in Negeri Sembilan.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational uptime, managing on-site contractors, and keeping our agricultural facilities fully compliant with local electrical authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily electrical maintenance, wiring installation, and power distribution systems across poultry plants and farms.
- Manage external electrical contractors to ensure all engineering works are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Monitor, control, and optimize electrical maintenance and operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga - ST) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical and electronic machinery.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation for management.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- A valid Wireman Certificate (e.g., PW4) registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in industrial plants, manufacturing, or agricultural facilities.
- Solid understanding of industrial electrical wiring, power distribution systems, and Malaysian electrical safety codes.
- Proven capability in contractor management and cost-control practices.
- Willingness to work on-site in Negeri Sembilan and adapt to agricultural environment conditions.
