Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for pulp and paper mill machinery
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop technical documentation including schematics, maintenance procedures, and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical failures
- Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and operational reliability
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Stay updated on industry advancements in electrical engineering and automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, motor controls, and power distribution
- Certification in electrical safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEK)
- Experience with CAD software and electrical design tools
- Problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex electrical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in a shift-based industrial environment
