Wellington Investment & Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and control systems.
- Inspect, test, and calibrate electrical components, circuits, and PLCs to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and update preventive maintenance plans, work orders, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with production, safety, and management teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Implement energy‑efficiency improvements and suggest upgrades for aging equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and company safety standards.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Train junior technicians and support staff on proper electrical handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (registered with PRC is an advantage).
- Minimum of 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in industrial electrical maintenance or similar roles.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Solid knowledge of PLC programming,变频 drives, and motor control circuits.
- Experience with power distribution, switchgear, and high‑capacity equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime as required.
