Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits of power facilities to ensure operational uptime.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective maintenance strategies to minimize outages.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and field technicians to execute infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor power quality and load distribution data to optimize system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in power distribution, generation, or utility operations.
- Strong proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and MS Office suite.
- Deep understanding of grid operations, protection schemes, and transformer maintenance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the Tarlac region.
