Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, ensuring strict compliance with national and international electrical codes.
- Conduct detailed site inspections, feasibility studies, and load calculations to optimize system performance, reliability, and safety.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and contractors to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into broader project scopes.
- Ensure all engineering designs adhere to strict safety regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare technical specifications, reports, and documentation required for permits, approvals, and project handovers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (RE) license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design, project management, or related engineering fields.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols (NEC/IEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
