We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Engineer to oversee the electrical and automation systems at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kabupaten Cirebon.
As an Electrical Engineer with us, you will be the backbone of our production reliability. You will take full ownership of maintaining, troubleshooting, and continuously improving all electrical machinery, control systems, and automation hardware. Your primary mission is to maximize machine uptime, reduce operational costs, and ensure the highest levels of safety and quality throughout the plant.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspection on all electrical systems and production machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation system faults effectively to minimize production downtime and maintain workflow.
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects for electrical and mechanical systems to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Design, modify, and optimize electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, and PLC programs for new and existing production lines.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical safety and equipment handling.
- Manage and maintain the spare parts inventory for critical electrical components to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company environmental policies.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and documentation for all maintenance and improvement activities to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and automation within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Proven experience in PLC programming, preferably with Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Omron systems.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and complex technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), sensors, relays, contactors, and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to be permanently based at our plant in Kabupaten Cirebon, West Java.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
