Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and rigorous troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, and control circuits.
- Design and implement electrical system improvements to enhance production uptime and energy efficiency.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for facility expansion or repair projects.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, maintenance logs, and electrical schematics for management review.
- Manage spare parts inventory and electrical supplies to prevent operational delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Professional is highly preferred).
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, and electrical distribution systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
