In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of the electrical design and project management lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. Your core responsibilities will encompass developing detailed electrical designs, specifications, and calculations for LV and ELV systems. You will be the primary technical interface, coordinating closely with clients, architects, C&S consultants, and main contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive electrical systems for building services projects, including LV switchgear, distribution boards, lightning protection, and ELV systems.
- Prepare, review, and approve technical drawings, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and tender specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise proactively with clients, consultants, architects, and main contractors to coordinate MEP services and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor work progress, and supervise the testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical installations.
- Ensure all designs and installations strictly adhere to Singapore Standards (SS 638, SS 557), BCA, SCDF, NEA, and LTA regulations.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and assistant engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.
- Coordinate with the BIM team to integrate MEP models and resolve clash detection issues using Revit MEP and Navisworks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable university. Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience in the Singapore building services or construction industry.
- Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) status with the PEB board is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (Revit MEP), and electrical design tools such as ETAP, Dialux, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Power regulations, Green Mark requirements, and Electrical Licensing Board rules.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage for client liaison.
- Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a problem-solving mindset.
