Tanggung Jawab
- Lead electrical engineering projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various applications.
- Ensure all projects comply with local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning to verify system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in electrical engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (LEE) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code and other relevant standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
