Polymer Chemicals Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Trece Martires City, Cavite. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's electrical infrastructure, ensuring that our production processes run safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, implement energy-saving solutions, and ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and international electrical standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on high-voltage and low-voltage electrical equipment.
- Analyze electrical malfunctions and implement immediate, effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee electrical installations to ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to schedule maintenance without impacting output targets.
- Manage electrical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment performance logs.
- Supervise external contractors and technicians during major system upgrades or expansions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BS EE).
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, VFD, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle shifting priorities under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call duties when required.
