We are a well-established and reputable M&E Engineering Consultancy Firm located on Lavender Street in the heart of Singapore's Central Region. We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team of professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, detailed engineering, coordination, and project management of sophisticated electrical systems for a diverse and exciting portfolio of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will be immersed in all project phasesâfrom conceptual design through to construction completion. You will collaborate closely with internal multi-disciplinary teams, including mechanical, architectural, and structural engineers, as well as external clients, consultants, and contractors. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that all electrical designs are not only innovative and efficient but also fully compliant with the latest Singapore codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will prepare comprehensive design calculations, technical reports, and tender documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed electrical designs and calculations for power, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
- Develop technical specifications, tender drawings, and engineering reports.
- Coordinate building services design with architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
- Conduct site inspections and attend progress meetings to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities (e.g., BCA, SCDF, PUB) to secure approvals.
- Review and evaluate contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience within an M&E engineering consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and familiarity with BIM 360 collaborative environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Standards (e.g., SS 638, SS 650) and the Fire Code.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client liaison.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Registered Professional Engineer (PE) status is an advantage.
- A proactive team player with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
