Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily electrical manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting and maintenance of high-voltage machinery and specialized production equipment.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to support the design and testing of new cable and electrical product prototypes.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies (Kaizen/Lean).
- Ensure all engineering activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations, international quality standards, and ISO certifications.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for equipment operation and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the cable or electrical component industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, PLC programming, or related design tools).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality control and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
