Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions in production machinery and support facilities.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade control systems, sensors, and instrumentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to execute complex installations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement energy-saving solutions across the plantation.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with national safety standards and company operational protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of maintenance activities and inventory of critical electrical spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing electrical role; fresh graduates with strong internship records are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
- Deep knowledge of industrial electrical safety protocols and low/medium voltage systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking, physical stamina, and the ability to work in an outdoor plantation environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
