Tanggung Jawab
- Support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems within the facility.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault rectification for electrical equipment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of capital projects and system upgrades.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and system documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in power generation or industrial electrical engineering.
- Valid Electrical Worker (EW) license or Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuit theory, power systems, and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or SCADA systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
