Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant electrical design experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN) and simulation tools
- Strong understanding of power systems, control systems, and safety standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with sustainable energy systems is advantageous
