We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to oversee our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
In this key position, you will be responsible for the technical supervision and management of electrical systems throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the primary liaison between consultants, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with project goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring work progress, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all electrical installations comply with the Singapore Building Code and safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to monitor the progress of all M&E works and ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Supervise and direct electrical teams on-site to guarantee that all works are performed according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation required for regulatory compliance and internal reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards on-site.
- Coordinate closely with other disciplines (e.g., civil, structural) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the broader construction project.
- Manage and resolve technical queries and design conflicts to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes, electrical standards, and construction practices in Singapore.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant technical certification is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
