Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, circuit breakers, wiring, and lighting systems to ensure safety and functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous power supply.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions promptly, providing effective and lasting solutions.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for large-scale electrical upgrades or complex system integrations.
- Ensure full compliance with local electrical safety regulations, standards, and building codes.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and inventory of electrical parts and tools.
- Propose and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs and improve sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally within the hospitality or commercial building sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit systems, control panels, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian, with basic English proficiency being an advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ubud, Bali.
