Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee electrical systems maintenance including power distribution, control panels, and industrial machinery
- Manage water treatment systems ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Supervise HVAC operations to maintain optimal environmental conditions for production processes
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all engineering processes
- Lead engineering projects from conception to completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support factory operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure safety compliance for all electrical, gas, and mechanical systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical systems maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, water treatment, and gas systems management
- Proven experience developing and implementing SOPs
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and engineering software
- Relevant certifications in electrical safety or industrial systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
