In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in machinery and power distribution systems.
- Install, calibrate, and test new electrical components and industrial equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during production cycles.
- Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with national safety standards and internal protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of electrical maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Vocational/D3/S1).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or plant operations.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, diagrams, and control systems (PLC/SCADA knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with standard electrical safety procedures and regulations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and thrive in a collaborative environment.
