Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, implement, and supervise electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project budgets (RAB) and cost estimation documents
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with operational goals
- Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and system inefficiencies
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system improvement proposals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or maintenance roles
- Proficiency in project budgeting (RAB) preparation and cost control
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial maintenance
- Experience with technical documentation and engineering standards
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., G7, LOTO) preferred
