Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain hospital electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and emergency backup generators
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety codes, hospital regulations, and government standards
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of electrical equipment
- Investigate and resolve electrical malfunctions to minimize facility downtime
- Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical system upgrades and repairs
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics, maintenance logs, and compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering with preference for healthcare facilities
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes (PEC), NFPA standards, and hospital safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license or eligibility
- Experience with energy management systems and power backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong communication abilities for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
