Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, install, and maintain electrical systems and industrial machinery for manufacturing lines.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Supervise electrical installations and ensure all works comply with national electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and mechanical teams to minimize machine downtime and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Design and implement minor electrical upgrades or automation improvements to existing production equipment.
- Manage electrical spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for all electrical maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in industrial electrical control systems, automation, and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, or Mitsubishi).
- Strong understanding of 3-phase electrical power distribution and control panel design.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern if required by production demands.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
