In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful execution of complex construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical services, ensuring compliance with local standards, and coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage electrical installation works on-site to ensure full compliance with project specifications and local codes of practice.
- Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural teams to resolve interface issues during construction.
- Monitor site progress, prepare progress reports, and attend technical coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage the procurement, inspection, and testing of electrical materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols (WSH) on-site to ensure zero-accident operations.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure work quality and schedule adherence.
- Conduct site inspections and facilitate testing and commissioning (T&C) activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board Singapore.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry, preferably with A1 main contractors.
- In-depth knowledge of local electrical standards, building regulations, and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM (Revit) is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical queries independently on-site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various project stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to project timelines and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
