Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute improvement activities for electrical and mechanical systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all electrical equipment meets safety and performance standards.
- Analyze root causes of equipment downtime and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Supervise and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and upgrade existing machinery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with industrial electrical regulations and company safety policies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an electrical engineering role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming, electrical circuit design, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing small-to-medium teams or projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and local electrical regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives.
