Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document comprehensive electrical schematics tailored to specific customer requirements and project scopes.
- Configure and integrate complex industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and motion control hardware.
- Develop electrical architecture for robotics and automated production lines, ensuring safety compliance and performance optimization.
- Integrate machine vision systems, sensors, and actuator assemblies into unified control platforms.
- Create detailed wiring diagrams and electrical bills of materials (BOM) for procurement and assembly.
- Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical designs to ensure reliability and machine uptime.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases of automation projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation, electrical design, or control systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) and fieldbus communication protocols.
- Familiarity with industrial standards such as ISO, IEC, and safety regulations relevant to machinery.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits and control panels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on manufacturing efficiency.
