Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and design detailed electrical engineering plans for building services projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with structural and mechanical components.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Perform electrical load calculations, lighting design, and power distribution analysis.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate project approval and execution.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and cost estimation for electrical installations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective engineering solutions to minimize project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in building services or consultancy.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (Revit).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Standards (SS) and relevant building codes of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of professional certifications (e.g., PE or Associate PE status) is a significant advantage.
