PT Kolang Citra Abadi is a leading player in the manufacturing and maintenance of precision machinery for the tobacco industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our technical team in Sidoarjo. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end electrical systems of our high-speed cigarette manufacturing machines, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain electrical control systems for cigarette manufacturing machinery.
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electrical failures to minimize machine downtime.
- Program and update PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on electrical components, including sensors, motors, and drive systems.
- Collaborate with the mechanical engineering team to integrate electrical solutions into new machine designs.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with national safety standards and internal company quality protocols.
- Provide technical training and support to machine operators regarding electrical safety and basic troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron) and HMI interfaces.
- Deep understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems integration is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
