Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage electrical engineering activities for large-scale building and civil construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all electrical installations meet project specifications.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with Singapore standards, including CP5 and SS638.
- Supervise on-site electrical teams and provide technical guidance to resolve complex engineering issues.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., EMA, BCA, SP Power) for required permits, inspections, and handovers.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and progress claims to ensure financial efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and project documentation for regular stakeholder meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelorâs Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board Singapore.
- Minimum of 3â5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally within an A1 Main Contractor environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and ELV systems in high-rise or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; hands-on experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) or Revit is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and electrical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse site teams.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Central Region and manage fast-paced project timelines.
