Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement complex electrical control systems and schematics using industry-standard software.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Conduct site surveys and perform system integration testing to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to define technical requirements and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with local safety standards and industry codes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff regarding system architecture.
- Document all system changes, test results, and maintenance procedures thoroughly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in controls engineering and system integration projects.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or C++) for major brands (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
- Strong knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
