Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems including UPS, generators, PDUs, and high-voltage distribution networks
- Perform regular inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of critical power infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with NEC, TIA-942, and local electrical safety regulations
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment
- Collaborate with facility teams to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective actions
- Manage electrical infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects
- Document system designs, maintenance records, and incident reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data centre electrical systems
- Professional certification (PE, CEng, or equivalent) preferred
- Expert knowledge of power distribution, grounding systems, and critical infrastructure
- Proficiency with electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex electrical issues
- Experience with NFPA 70E and data centre compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
