We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to support our plant operations in Pulilan, Bulacan. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and safety of our processing machinery, directly contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality food products to our customers.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be the technical expert responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of the entire machine in the plant. You will work closely with the supervisor to execute daily maintenance schedules and ensure that all equipment operates at peak efficiency. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, preventive repairs, and overhauls on all electrical machinery and processing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Execute assigned tasks and maintenance schedules as directed by the Plant Supervisor.
- Ensure all electrical systems, wiring, and control panels comply with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, wear and tear, or performance issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement solutions that improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Document all repair activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports accurately and timely.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or food processing plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, power distribution systems, and circuit diagrams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and electrical testing equipment.
- Valid Professional or Registered Electrical Engineer license (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
