Bridge Data Centres is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer (Facilities Maintenance) to lead our engineering operations. As a critical infrastructure provider, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of uptime and safety. In this key role, you will serve as the Overall Lead for maintenance tasks assigned and monitor the performance of assigned responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation of our data center facilities.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will oversee the maintenance of complex electrical systems, manage the engineering team, and ensure that all facility operations comply with rigorous industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution of engineering duties.
- Monitor performance metrics of engineering operations and implement corrective actions to optimize facility efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and generators.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, electrical codes, and company operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve facility-related challenges.
- Manage inventory and procurement of electrical spare parts and materials to ensure continuous operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within data centers or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UPS, generators, BMS (Building Management Systems), and switchgear.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage technical projects effectively.
- Valid Professional Engineer (BEM) registration is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment and handle emergency situations as required.
