Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Maintenance Operations: Manage the overall maintenance strategy for the farm's electrical infrastructure and machinery.
- Ensure Operational Readiness: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults to prevent operational disruptions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all local electrical safety regulations and company operational standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment life.
- Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for necessary repairs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with farm managers and technical staff to optimize equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Licensure: Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) Electrical Engineer license.
- Experience: Proven experience in farm machinery maintenance or a similar industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power distribution, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical Stamina: Physically fit and willing to perform duties in a farm environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
