Tanggung Jawab
- Manage electrical engineering projects including FMCS, BMS, and ELV system implementations
- Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple Singaporean project sites
- Design, commission, and maintain low-voltage electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's SS and Code of Practice standards
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics and maintenance manuals
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Implement energy-efficient solutions for building systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCS/BMS/ELV systems
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, P.Eng) preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's electrical regulations
- Project management experience with PMP certification beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
