Tanggung Jawab
- Design electrical systems for HDB residential developments
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting during construction phases
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material procurement
- Review and approve electrical schematics and contractor submissions
- Implement energy-efficient solutions for public housing projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Singapore
- HDB project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore electrical codes (SS 638)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP software
- Valid PEI (Professional Engineer) certification
- Experience with M&E coordination in construction projects
