Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain high-voltage electrical systems and HVAC infrastructure within the facility.
- Perform regular technical audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with global BYD safety standards.
- Act as a primary liaison between local technical teams and our international engineering experts in China.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and climate control malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
- Manage technical documentation, blueprints, and equipment maintenance logs in both English and Mandarin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy consumption and improve facility efficiency.
- Provide training and technical guidance to local staff regarding new electrical and HVAC technology implementations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent) is strictly required for this role.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing or industrial HVAC environment.
- Strong knowledge of local Indonesian electrical codes and international HVAC standards.
- Proven ability to interpret technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on precision and safety.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global corporate environment.
