Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to advance your career in the dynamic Marine and Oil & Gas sectors? Talent Trader Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team based in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-stakes electrical design projects, ensuring strict adherence to international safety and performance standards within the marine industry.
You will play a critical part in the development and maintenance of Integrated Automation Systems (IAS) and power distribution setups for offshore vessels and industrial platforms. We are looking for an expert who can bridge the gap between complex engineering specifications and practical on-site implementation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of experts.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and review electrical systems for marine vessels and oil & gas platforms in accordance with international standards.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Integrated Automation Systems (IAS) to ensure seamless vessel operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical schematics with mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of electrical equipment to ensure project safety and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the construction and installation phases in the shipyard.
- Analyze electrical load requirements and perform calculations for optimal system design.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with offshore regulatory requirements and client specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience within the Marine, Oil & Gas, or Offshore industry.
- Proficiency in Integrated Automation Systems (IAS) and power management systems.
- Strong understanding of international marine electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, DNV-GL).
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical blueprints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to be based in Batam.
- Familiarity with CAD software for electrical design and documentation.
