Shopee is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer for our SPX Express Sorting Center in Meycauayan City. In this high-impact role, you will be the backbone of our operational infrastructure, ensuring that our sorting systems, power distribution, and electrical installations operate with maximum efficiency and safety.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical systems within our high-volume sorting facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, power distribution units, and sorting automation equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, control system failures, and power supply interruptions to minimize operational downtime.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical machinery and upgrades within the sorting facility.
- Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, local building codes, and company HSE protocols.
- Monitor energy consumption patterns and implement efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, incident reports, and technical documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or power plant environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, electrical control panels, and industrial distribution systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot high-voltage systems and industrial motor controls under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage technical teams and external contractors effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifting schedules, to support 24/7 sorting operations.
