Nippon Electric Glass is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Electrical Engineer (PLC) to join our dynamic engineering team in Selangor. In this role, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager and play a pivotal part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our automated production lines.
As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical systems, supervising a small team of technicians, and ensuring that all operations run at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-based control systems and industrial automation machinery.
- Supervise a team of junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular electrical inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and new electrical installations.
- Analyze electrical failures and implement root-cause corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure all electrical engineering activities comply with local safety and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley).
- Familiarity with HMI, SCADA systems, and industrial electrical components.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team effectively.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict production deadlines.
