Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop industrial automation systems using PLC, HMI, and robotics technologies
- Program and troubleshoot PLC logic for manufacturing processes and equipment control
- Create intuitive HMI interfaces for system monitoring and operator interaction
- Integrate robotic systems into existing production lines and workflows
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless system integration
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and documentation of automation solutions
- Provide technical support and maintenance for installed automation systems
- Research and implement emerging automation technologies to enhance system capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Omron)
- Proficiency in HMI development software (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and safety standards
- Experience with robotics programming and integration (Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
