In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful execution of M&E projects, ensuring that all electrical installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional engineering teams to provide innovative solutions and ensure smooth on-site coordination.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee M&E project sites to ensure timely completion and adherence to engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical site issues effectively.
- Perform electrical design reviews, load calculations, and drafting for project submission.
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and safety compliance according to BCA and local regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, material schedules, and project documentation for management review.
- Supervise on-site installation and testing/commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with SS CP5 and relevant Singapore electrical codes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM software is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders on-site.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Ability to start work immediately or within short notice.
