Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solar panel installation projects, from conception to commissioning.
- Design and plan electrical layouts and system configurations for diverse residential and commercial spaces.
- Supervise on-site teams to ensure high standards of workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and strict adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct technical inspections, quality assurance checks, and troubleshooting during the installation process.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
- Ensure all installations comply with local electrical codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports and compliance records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in project management within the electrical or renewable energy sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, wiring, and electrical load calculations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar electrical design software is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to various project sites as required.
- Valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
