Tanggung Jawab
- Lead quantity surveying activities for telecom infrastructure projects including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial controls
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities and tender documentation for electrical engineering works
- Analyze and optimize project costs while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical specifications with budget constraints
- Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Manage vendor contracts and procurement processes for electrical components and materials
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering with QS focus
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and power distribution systems
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, P.Eng) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments
